My training is extensive. I focused, in-depth, on humanistic, integrative psychotherapy and person centred counselling. I studied the integration of cognitive behavioural psychology(CBT), Gestalt, Transpersonal, Transactional Analysis and psychodynamic orientations.
I have a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Psychology and Systems. I am a graduate of The Minster Centre in London, a leading centre for humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, where I gained, with Distinction, an MA and a postgraduate diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. I hold a post graduate diploma in Clinical Supervision and also have a post graduate Diploma in Management.
I am member of the UKRC and am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psycotherapis(MBACP). I am also a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). I subscribe to the BACP code of ethics for my professional practice.
My development is continuous. I maintain an ongoing Postgraduate professional training programme through BACP and UKCP acknowledged supervision, courses, seminars and workshops.
