My training is primarily integrative psychotherapy; integrating the humanistic orientations of Transpersonal and Bioenergetic (body work) therapy along with Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Psychology (CBT) and Transactional Analysis orientations to offer my clients therapy that is appropriate for their individual needs and issues.
I am a graduate (MA Distinction and post-graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy) of the Minster Centre in London, a leading centre for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I also have a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Psychology and Systems, a post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision, Post Graduate Certificate in Couples Counselling and a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies.
I am an affiliate psychotherapist for a number of organisations who provide counselling for through companys' Employee Assistant Programmes (EAPs).
